I am very pleased to provide 4 Interview Pillars a recommendation! In my particular situation I was interviewing for a new role in a new industry after 10+ years in education. I had interviewed in the last few years but only for positions within the education sector. After talking to a few other colleagues for advice, I felt the feedback I was getting was very high level and things I felt I already knew with a few useful tips here and there. I thought some help would benefit me so I approached 4 Pillars. 4 Pillars approach was much different and something I was not expecting. First they get to know you and your goals. It really required me to put some real thought into my future goals, reinforced I was making the right decision, and helped me articulate my thoughts. The second recommended step was to conduct specific research regarding the role and the organization I was interviewing with. Generally, this step is quickly accomplished by just by reviewing the job description and company website. 4 Pillars really had me drill down into the responsibilities of the position, the industry and the organization. This exercise really increased my preparedness for the interview to be able to productively speak to specifics and be able to correlate it back to the position and goals of the company. We role played several interview scenarios which prepared me for the unexpected. There was also focus on delivery, pace, body language, and ultimately how to control the narrative. 4 Pillars had a very specific method to their approach, took their time and really worked with me until I felt I was ready. Ultimately this was the most confident and prepared I was for an interview. The result, I did very well through the interview process and was offered the job!
